Here are the details of the Nokia Ottawa Social Club membership plan. Employees must be Social Club members to receive Club and Ottawa Tickets benefits.
Price:
$26.00 per year through payroll deduction. Members are charged $1.00 per pay, which is matched by the Company.
The rate is charged from the first pay period following date of enrollement. (First payroll deduction may represent several weeks of membership depending on when it is processed.) As this is an annual membership, members are required to commit to 12 months (see Cancellation below).
What is included?
Social Club members are granted access to all Social Club events and services, including (but not limited to) any Christmas Parties, Summer Activities, and all Ottawa Tickets. Ottawa Tickets: Ottawa Tickets is a sub-organization of the Social Club which offers tickets to local events (arts, sports, festivals, etc.), usually with premium seating or discount pricing (or both!). Ottawa Tickets events and services include the Ottawa Senators Regular Season & Playoff Hockey, Ottawa 67s, Canadian Tire Centre events, Wonderland passes, NAC shows, Cineplex and Landmark movie passes, road trips and festivals.
Who is eligible?
All Nokia full and part-time employees (Kanata campus), as well as temporary employees.
How do I enroll?
To enroll, simply create an account on our website, filling out all of the mandatory information. Click on My Account to start this process.
Can I cancel?
Members are able to cancel (opt-out) at any time subject to having been a member for 12 consecutive months. To cancel your membership, please send an email request to the Ottawa Social Club. Cancellations are effective immediately. Members having canceled and re-enroll in the future must repeat the 12-month vesting period before cancelling again.
